Remote Integrations Support Engineer work combines API troubleshooting and software development while supporting customers across Canada. The position requires Canadian residence.
At PSD Citywide, this full-time role helps customers implement and integrate the platform with third-party systems, applications, and APIs. You will investigate application, configuration, integration, data, and software issues while collaborating with Implementation, Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, and Product teams. The work includes customer communication and technical solution validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on APIs, authentication, data flows, and configuration
- Investigate integration, webhook, synchronization, and application issues
- Develop scripts, queries, utilities, and automation
- Own technical issues through resolution and customer communication
- Create integration guides and troubleshooting documentation
Requirements:
- Three to five years in development, support, or implementation
- Post-secondary education in a related technical discipline
- Programming proficiency in C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience troubleshooting APIs, integrations, and web applications
