The position also supports reporting and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify invoices, packing lists, declarations, and supporting documents
- Maintain permits, licenses, entries, and clearance records
- Track customs errors, delays, discrepancies, and compliance issues
- Enter shipment information accurately into company systems
- Support documented process improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requirements:
- One to three years of relevant professional experience
- Familiarity with import/export procedures and documentation
- Basic customs clearance software knowledge required
