Shape member experience strategy and service standards at Provincial Credit Union from any branch location across PEI. Lead relationship-focused improvements organization-wide. The Director, Member Experience provides strategic leadership for consistent member experiences across PCU. You will develop member journeys, establish service expectations, and collaborate with Retail, Business Services, Digital Member Experience, and Member Administration. Your work connects feedback, research, and performance measures to practical service improvements. Key Responsibilities:
Lead PCU’s member experience strategy, framework, and priority journeys Establish service standards reflecting PCU’s IMPACT values Support consistent experiences across branch, telephone, and digital channels Represent members in projects, processes, products, and technology decisions Monitor performance, emerging issues, and priority progress Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent education and experience Significant leadership experience in financial services or experience delivery Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and service improvement programs Experience using feedback, research, and performance measures Strong communication, influencing, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bring member journey leadership, service design, and cross-functional influence to Provincial Credit Union’s PEI operations.
