Lead banking operations across any Provincial Credit Union branch in PEI, applying strategic direction, controls, and process improvement expertise. Support consistent service delivery. The Director, Operations leads Core Banking, Lending Administration, and Deposit & Account Administration. This senior leader translates organizational priorities into operational plans, strengthens systems and processes, and supports sustainable operations. The position works with the Chief Operating Officer, management team, and cross-functional departments while developing departmental managers. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee core banking and administration functions Lead operational planning and process standardization Ensure accurate, compliant, reliable banking operations Monitor performance, risks, capacity, and resources Coach managers and support succession planning Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years’ leadership experience Significant banking or credit union operations experience Experience leading managers and functional areas Experience with process improvement and organizational change Knowledge of operational risk, controls, and banking systems Apply banking operations leadership, strategic planning, and control expertise to strengthen Provincial Credit Union’s member-focused services across PEI.
