Provident Energy Management Inc. seeks an experienced intermediate Building Automation Systems Technician for service and maintenance work. Use troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, system optimization, and customer service skills across a diverse portfolio. Support BAS, DDC, HVAC controls, communication networks, and energy-efficiency initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, testing, calibration, and BAS service
- Diagnose and repair controllers, field devices, applications, and networks
- Troubleshoot BACnet, P2, Modbus, and open protocols
- Respond to regular and emergency service requests professionally
- Prepare detailed service reports and maintenance documentation
Requirements:
- Diploma or certificate in BAS, HVAC, electrical, or related discipline
- Three to five years servicing BAS and HVAC controls
- Advanced BAS and DDC industry knowledge
- Niagara N4 certification and Johnson Controls FX experience
- Valid driver's license and rotating on-call availability
