Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and monitor patient status effectively
- Develop and evaluate individual care plans
- Provide teaching support to patients and families
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in care delivery
- Document patient progress accurately and thoroughly
Requirements:
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse
- Two years recent experience in a maternity setting
- Neonatal resuscitation certification is mandatory
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work under pressure within diverse teams
