The Aftercare team at R2R is seeking a Psychologist to work with clients who have recently completed treatment. You will be integral in providing evidence-based therapies, coordinating care across teams, and enhancing psychological services. Contributions include individual and group programming aimed at strengthening recovery and coping strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to support clients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care coordination
- Contribute to the development of Aftercare services and programming
- Participate in training and clinical supervision for staff and students
Requirements:
- Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
- One year of relevant experience in patient care
- Current license as a Psychologist in BC
- Knowledge of psychological assessment techniques
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
