The position schedules outpatient appointments, admissions, and diagnostic tests while supporting patients and clinical teams. Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule, adjust, and cancel outpatient appointments and admissions
- Interview patients and enter personal information into systems
- Provide pre-appointment instructions and confirm appointments
- Answer calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries
- Maintain files, documents, reports, and office materials
Requirements:
- Completion of Grade 12
- Two years' recent related experience or equivalent qualifications
- Keyboarding ability of 40 words per minute
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
