Drive partner-sourced pipeline growth for Prophix across North America using channel sales, account management, and relationship-building expertise. As Partner Account Manager, you will recruit, enable, and manage Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners. You will build territory plans, develop partner relationships, and support sales cycles through close. Collaboration spans Marketing, Direct Sales, Professional Services, Prophix Academy, Finance, and Customer Support to advance partner-led revenue. Key Responsibilities:
Build territory plans supporting quarterly and annual revenue targets Recruit and qualify Referral, Reseller, and ISV partners Create partner plans with milestones and joint activities Coordinate onboarding, training, and internal partner support Maintain forecasts, pipeline data, and activity records Requirements:
Three to five years in partner, channel, or account management Technology or advisory company experience Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or related discipline Track record meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to travel and work legally in Canada Use partner management, pipeline development, and consultative selling skills to expand Prophix partnerships across North American territories.
