Manage complex Americas payroll operations for Propelis, using UKG, ADP Celergo, and advanced Excel across a managed payroll model.
Reporting to the Senior Payroll Manager, this Payroll Specialist administers assigned country payrolls, with primary focus on Canada and support across the Americas. The role requires United States and Canada payroll experience, hands-on UKG Workforce Management administration, and strong vendor coordination. You will maintain accurate workforce data, support compliance, and resolve complex payroll matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll cycles across assigned Americas countries
- Process and approve monthly and off-cycle payrolls
- Administer UKG Workforce Management data and pay rules
- Audit payroll inputs, calculations, deductions, and adjustments
- Reconcile outputs, employer costs, statutory deductions, and net pay
Requirements:
- United States and Canada payroll experience
- Five to eight years of multi-country payroll experience
- Hands-on UKG Workforce Management administration experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Knowledge of Canadian, United States, and Americas regulations
