Build customer solutions with Next.js and TypeScript at Prompt.io Inc. in a remote-first role serving mission-driven organizations. As a Solutions Engineer, you will own a Next.js and Supabase repository for custom integrations and internal tooling. You will work with customers, customer success, sales, marketing, product, and engineering. The work combines software delivery, technical advising, and product discovery. Key Responsibilities:
Run customer conversations and translate needs into software Triage custom work, platform workarounds, and product handoffs Research, experiment, and develop solutions for emerging needs Advise vendors and technical customers on MCP and APIs Maintain the solutions repository and MCP server Requirements:
Comfort with Next.js, TypeScript, and Postgres Team experience with Git branches, reviews, and releases Three to five or more years in a similar role Experience connecting systems through webhooks and REST APIs United States or Canada location and customer-call comfort Use Next.js, TypeScript, APIs, and customer conversations to ship practical solutions through Prompt.io Inc.'s remote-first team.
