Our robotic homebuilding plant is seeking a Production Framer with at least 2 years of framing experience. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for framing walls, floors, and roofs while ensuring compliance with safety protocols. You'll also have the chance to mentor junior staff and participate in innovative problem-solving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble pre-built wall and floor structures
- Measure and cut lumber accurately for framing
- Install windows and doors following safety standards
- Conduct interior fittings like door casings
- Maintain an organized workspace with available materials
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 2+ years in a framing position
- Journeyman Carpenter certification preferred
- Solid understanding of building codes and standards
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit desirable
