As a Capital Deployment Intern, you will support Prologis' Toronto team during a 10–12 week summer internship. Your work will span property and vacancy data, competitive research, pipeline tracking, and underwriting. You will also complete a term project with investment and entitlements leaders for broader team use.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the internal property database, BUD
- Use Salesforce to manage the Deployment Team pipeline
- Research and map competing properties and speculative deliveries
- Support financial modelling and underwriting for development opportunities
- Coordinate a term project with the Director of Investments
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in undergraduate or graduate studies
- Undergraduate candidates are rising sophomores, juniors, or seniors
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, professionalism, integrity, and collaboration
