As Project Manager, you will manage sustainability consulting projects from initiation through completion alongside senior team members. Your work will span LEED, WELL, BOMA BEST, Zero Carbon Building, and climate resiliency initiatives. You will develop strategies, guide stakeholders, and coordinate certification requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sustainability consulting projects from initiation through completion
- Lead LEED, WELL, BOMA BEST, and Zero Carbon projects
- Develop green building, decarbonization, and resilience strategies
- Coordinate certification documentation, submissions, and review responses
- Guide clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and contractors
Requirements:
- LEED Accredited Professional with specialty required
- Two to five years' relevant sustainability or built-environment experience
- Degree or certificate in sustainability, building science, or related field
- Strong understanding of built-environment sustainability concepts
- Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills
