Lead frontend platform engineering remotely from Canada at Wrapbook, using StimulusJS, Hotwire, and shared component systems. Shape infrastructure for production finance teams. As Engineering Manager, Frontend, you will lead the Frontend Platform team and guide shared infrastructure, data, and reporting systems. You will partner with product, design, and engineering peers to deliver the roadmap. The role combines engineering management with strong individual contributor experience, technical design, and team development. Key Responsibilities:
Own frontend platform health, delivery, and technical direction Evolve shared component systems, data grids, and reporting frameworks Set frontend standards for quality, performance, and developer experience Coach, hire, and grow frontend engineers Lead technical design reviews and roadmap advocacy Requirements:
Four or more years of engineering management experience Strong individual contributor engineering background Deep StimulusJS, Hotwire, and modern frontend tooling expertise Experience owning component libraries or design systems Familiarity with scalable data and reporting systems Bring frontend leadership, shared infrastructure expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to Wrapbook’s remote Canadian engineering team.
