This Senior Specialized IT Consultant supports a public sector client's Corporate Real Estate Management implementation. The work covers facilities maintenance, asset and location management, service requests, and related capabilities. You will provide functional, configuration, and implementation guidance while supporting integration and knowledge transfer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recommend Maximo Manage designs and configuration options
- Review configuration workbooks, workflows, and related artifacts
- Validate configurations and identify issues, gaps, and risks
- Conduct data mapping, validation, and migration readiness activities
- Drive SIT, UAT, defect triage, and go-live processes
Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on Maximo configuration experience
- Three or more full-cycle Maximo implementations delivered successfully
- End-to-end Work Management configuration experience
