This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.
Job Description
The project involves managing updates to the Messaging Back Office (MBO) application with a focus on Azure migration.
The role requires strong technical knowledge in Azure and Angular to support this migration effort.
Responsibilities
- Provide support and produce detailed system requirements and technical/functional specifications.
- Develop effective solutions by analyzing current system capabilities and defining technology solutions.
- Define, document, and translate business requirements into detailed user stories.
- Support testing teams by translating requirements into test conditions and results.
- Participate in agile ceremonies and activities, including standups and story refinements.
- Collaborate with pod members and stakeholders to determine solutions and assess impacts.
- Ensure best practices related to the BSA discipline are adhered to within project processes.
- Mandatory Skills
- 7 years of BSA experience
- 5 years of delivery experience
- 5 years of Agile experience
- 5 years of experience with Jira/Confluence
- 3 years of recent experience with API calls, Angular, Java, Azure
- Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in banking
- Knowledge of Behavior Driven Design (BDD)
- Experience with quality management reviews
- Experience in coaching and guiding team members
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities

Assignment Location
Toronto, Ontario, Canada. This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week onsite, moving to 4 days a week in the office as of February 17.
