This position is onsite 5 days at our client's Toronto office. IT Desktop Support - Intermediate - Job Description: Seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team of Technology Support Professionals. The role involves partnering with internal customers to provide technology support and consultation services related to hardware, application usage, and process automation. IT Desktop Support - Intermediate - Responsibilities:

- Manage multiple support calls, customer requests, and projects while maintaining quality service.

Skills:
- Two years or more of formal education in Computer Science (or equivalent).
- 5+ years of technical experience supporting hardware and applications in a large environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
- Experience with incident, request, and asset management procedures.
