On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Client Segment Strategy & Execution for a 12 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Toronto, Ontario office. We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager to lead growth, engagement, and client experience strategies across two priority client segments, including the Canadian Defence Community (CDC). This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive acquisition, deepen client relationships, and accelerate business growth through client insights, strategic partnerships, and cross-functional collaboration. Client Segment Strategy & Execution - Mandatory Skills:
Own the strategic roadmap and growth plan for assigned client segments. Serve as the enterprise SME for assigned segments. Champion a client-centric strategy by leveraging insights. Lead the design and delivery of differentiated client experiences. Lead the development and execution of complex segment initiatives. Drive delivery excellence through effective governance and risk management. Own segment performance management using analytics. Develop and execute strategic partnership initiatives. Build and manage senior relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders. Own and manage segment budgets and investments. Client Segment Strategy & Execution - Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in the financial services industry. Familiarity with the Canadian Defence Community (CDC). Experience with client-centric strategy development. Knowledge of performance management and strategic analytics. Experience in financial and investment management. This is a 12 month contract position. ASAP. Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
