As an Equipment Support Technician, you will resolve technical issues involving ProAll mobile concrete mixers. Your work covers calibration, maintenance, warranty matters, and customer communication. Mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems require coordinated investigation with engineering, quality control, and team experts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mixer calibrations, scheduling, training, reporting, and customer communication
- Provide technical support through phone, email, video, messaging, and in person
- Troubleshoot operational issues during on-site field support
- Register support and warranty issues using applicable software
- Prepare guides, videos, reports, warranty paperwork, and training materials
Requirements:
- Valid trade certificate or three to five years relevant trade experience
- Hydraulic circuits, electric controls, and mechanical design experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office business applications
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, analytical, organizational, and mathematical skills
- Valid Canadian passport and willingness to travel approximately 25%
