This On-Site Property Manager oversees day-to-day operations across a residential portfolio. The position coordinates contractors, suppliers, maintenance teams, cleaners, and janitors while managing inspections, work orders, lease renewals, and rental increases. Success requires organization, communication, multitasking, and practical problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise unit and building renovation projects
- Coordinate turnovers, cleaning, repairs, painting, and staging
- Schedule move-ins, move-outs, inspections, and final walkthroughs
- Manage work orders, emergencies, renewals, and rental increases
- Update systems and coordinate internal teams and external professionals
Requirements:
- Experience in property management, real estate, or construction coordination
- Strong organization, multitasking, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage contractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Full bilingual proficiency in English and French
- Valid driver's license and vehicle access preferred
