As a QC Inspector Level II, you will develop and enforce Inspection Test Plans (I.T.P's), ensuring material compliance and conducting both dimensional and final inspections. A detailed understanding of industry codes like ASME B31.3 and CSA standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily site inspections and prepare reports
- Develop and document Inspection Test Plans (I.T.P's)
- Report and address all non-conformances promptly
- Verify compliance during final inspections
- Maintain organized quality records and documentation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of construction experience required
- CWB welding inspector qualifications – CSA W178.2 Level 2
- Knowledge of N.D.E processes and coding regulations
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications
- Detail-oriented with strong communication abilities
