Shape pharmacovigilance operations at PrimeVigilance through business planning, process improvement, and leadership across complex functions and systems. This Director leads operational strategy, resourcing, and execution for the Business and Process Optimization department. The position partners with senior leaders and stakeholders to improve cross-functional processes, assess compliance, and optimize applications, training, and communications. It also provides line management and department oversight. Key Responsibilities:
Participate in strategic business plan development and authorization Oversee cross-functional portfolios, initiatives, and strategic recommendations Develop and implement forecasts and business plans Manage recruitment, coaching, appraisals, development, and retention Cultivate continuous improvement across departmental operations Requirements:
Extensive leadership experience within provider-side pharmacovigilance Experience optimizing processes through implementation Strong knowledge of safety applications and systems Expert understanding of clinical trial regulatory requirements Superior leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills Use operational leadership, systems knowledge, and process improvement expertise to advance PrimeVigilance pharmacovigilance performance.
