Senior Product Manager, Growth (PLG & Onboarding)
Location: San Francisco, CA or Toronto, Canada
Hybrid: Tuesdays & Wednesdays in-office
We're looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager, Growth to own the first 30 days of the customer journey, focusing on user onboarding, activation, retention, and freemium-to-paid conversion.
What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end PLG funnel, from signup and onboarding to activation and paid conversion.
- Identify drop-offs and improve conversion through A/B testing and funnel experimentation.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and Growth Marketing to optimize onboarding for different customer segments.
- Leverage AI to create smarter, more personalized onboarding experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including 4–5+ years focused on Growth Product.
- Proven ownership of complex, multi-user or multi-product onboarding funnels.
- Strong experience with PLG, A/B testing, activation, and freemium-to-paid conversion.
- Hands-on experience with Amplitude, Mixpanel, Statsig, or similar analytics tools.
- Startup experience and a track record of driving measurable growth.
- Ability to work onsite Tuesdays and Wednesdays in SF or Toronto.
