The role partners with CFMs and Chief Engineers to elevate site performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement across electrical, mechanical, and controls systems.
The incumbent will own the RCA program, establish engineering baselines and change-management governance, and collaborate with design, construction.
