Primary is seeking a passionate individual to manage health and safety. This leadership role involves mentoring a team, developing a proactive safety culture, and fostering accountability across the organization. You will work alongside a Senior Advisor to progressively expand your responsibilities, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement in safety practices.
Key Responsibilities: • Lead and mentor safety professionals within the team • Oversee health and safety programs and compliance • Conduct workplace inspections and hazard assessments • Develop safety performance indicators and reporting systems • Collaborate with operational teams to enhance safety integration
Requirements: • 5+ years of health and safety experience, especially in construction • 2+ years in a leadership role, mentoring others • Relevant safety certifications (NCSO, CRSP) • Strong knowledge of safety legislation and best practices • Valid Class 5 driver's licence; willing to travel
