The Sales Data Steward supports Sales Basic Data, Master Data, and Operational or Transactional Data around IFS. Responsibilities include customer records, sales parts, price lists, customer agreements, reporting intake, and data controls. The position coordinates with Sales, Finance, D&A, IT IFS, and Product Configuration teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain customer records, hierarchies, addresses, and document defaults
- Steward sales parts, catalogues, characteristics, and cross-references
- Administer price lists, multipliers, agreements, and special pricing
- Validate Sales reports, dashboards, KPIs, and acceptance criteria
- Support controlled data loads, promotions, audits, and testing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Information Systems, or Engineering
- Three to seven-plus years administering ERP Master Data
- Working knowledge of pricing structures and Power BI concepts
- Strong attention to detail and data validation capability
- Clear communication across Sales, Finance, D&A, and IT
