Coordinate service administration at Premier Equipment, applying customer service and accounting skills across Ontario's John Deere dealership network. Rotating Saturdays are required.
As a Service Coordinator, you will manage work orders, invoices, technician hours, and service records. Your work supports communication between Service, Parts, and Sales while maintaining accurate payroll, WIP, and billing processes. You will also assist customers, scheduling, trucking, events, and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open, maintain, comment on, invoice, and file work orders
- Post accounts payable invoices using purchase orders and proper G/L numbers
- Monitor technician payroll, labor performance, and daily WIP
- Apply miscellaneous charges appropriately to work orders
- Support customer calls, trucking schedules, events, and workflow improvements
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of accounting practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard internet applications
- Customer service skills and general office procedure knowledge
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- High school diploma, valid driver's license, and rotating Saturday availability
