Key Responsibilities:
- Own reliable, secure, and scalable systems, infrastructure, devices, and networks
- Understand pharmaceutical client requirements and support solution delivery
- Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online
- Support Salesforce configurations, integrations, permissions, and production issues
- Maintain cybersecurity, compliance, backups, patching, and incident response
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive senior IT leadership experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 and enterprise business systems experience
- Practical cybersecurity, endpoint security, MFA, and access management experience
- Client-facing communication within pharmaceutical or regulated industries preferred
- Excellent presentation, troubleshooting, and relationship management skills
