Coordinates and supervises the operations of a retail branch.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Implement strategies to achieve operational efficiency and business goals.
- Prepares work schedules and assigns duties to personnel.
- Maintain appropriate cash level.
- Monitor Bank Representative’s daily cash drawer balances.
- Provide guidance to subordinates on cross-selling strategies, transactions productivity levels and accuracy.
- Promote and guide employees to serve clients according to service standards for time on line and solving customers banking problems.
- May intervene on complex customers’ banking problems.
- Assure completion of documents according to all banking regulations and Corporation policies.
- Manage controllable expense accounts.
- Collaborate with inside auditors on compliance auditing.
- Complete and discuss the Bank Representative Dashboard.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Directly supervises at least 2 full time employees.
- Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
- Coach and develop employees.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and allows for disagreement over ideas as well as diversity.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Experience
- At least four years of experience in Retail Branch Operations.
Certifications / Licenses
- No certifications or license needed.
