Build Pontosense’s finance function in Toronto or Waterloo, using close management and forecasting across Canada and China. Work hybrid, or remotely where you do your best work. As Director of Finance, you will own the senior finance function at Pontosense, reporting directly to the CEO. You will build and operate finance processes spanning monthly close, FP&A, controls, product costing, and investor reporting. Your work supports hardware shipped to 24 countries and the company’s next raise. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver consolidated monthly close by business day 10 Connect sales, inventory, and cash through trusted forecasts Manage landed cost, COGS, and inventory planning Prepare raise models, data rooms, and investor reporting Maintain audited financials and advisor relationships Requirements:
CPA designation with an audit foundation Experience building models and owning monthly close FP&A experience across budgets, forecasts, and leadership models Experience with inventory, COGS, and supply chain costing Investor, board, lender, or international consolidation experience Lead Pontosense finance through close, forecasting, controls, product costing, and investor diligence across Canada and China.
