As Front Desk Supervisor, you guide team members while upholding guest service standards and department financial goals. You provide direction through orientation, training, performance management, and communication. The position requires hotel front desk experience, operational knowledge, and customer-focused leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead team members toward exceptional guest service standards
- Maintain picture-perfect front desk, lobby, and guest entrance areas
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and register transactions
- Coach staff through resources, direction, and performance feedback
- Resolve payment issues and process multiple payment types
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of hotel front desk experience
- Previous hospitality leadership or supervisory experience considered an asset
- Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management diploma preferred
- Understanding of reservations, guest service, and cash handling
- Property Management System and Microsoft Office experience
