Lead resort marketing from Calgary and the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge, using digital campaigns, social media, and analytics to grow engagement. As Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement strategies across digital, social media, website, email, events, and traditional marketing. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will manage campaigns, budgets, content, and performance reporting. You will collaborate with resort departments, agencies, and tourism organizations to maintain consistent brand messaging. The role also includes supervising and coaching the Marketing Coordinator. Key Responsibilities:
Develop resort marketing strategies with senior management and external agencies Oversee content, social media, website, public relations, and campaigns Analyze campaign performance and adjust marketing strategies accordingly Manage annual budgets and optimize marketing investment Supervise, train, and coach the Marketing Coordinator Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related major Four or more years of marketing experience Knowledge of content systems, SEO, AI optimization, analytics, and social media Content creation skills in photography, video, copywriting, and Canva Experience with events, public relations, and creative agencies Bring strategic marketing, content leadership, campaign analytics, and relationship management to the Pomeroy Kananaskis Mountain Lodge.
