What you will do
- Prepare budgetary and detailed cost estimates for industrial projects according to client requirements.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to determine requirements.
- Collaborate with pre‑construction teams and project directors to obtain accurate information.
- Communicate with clients and partners to clarify needs and expectations.
- Participate in pre‑construction meetings and provide advice on costs and budgets.
- Monitor market trends and adjust estimates accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

- Knowledge of estimation software and project management tools.
- Experience with Windows Excel and 3D model consultation tool.
