As a Senior Mechanical Engineer and Team Lead, you will own technical work, guide six team members, and grow the Lower Mainland book of business. The work spans custom heat pumps, refrigeration, boilers, and building mechanical systems. You will lead projects from site visits through commissioning while supporting clients across British Columbia. Key Responsibilities:
