Pogo is seeking an experienced lawyer to lead our commercial contracting efforts, with 4-8 years of legal experience required. You will negotiate complex enterprise deals, create valuable templates, and support various legal matters including privacy and compliance. This role allows you to take complete ownership of our legal function and shape how we operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage MSAs, NDAs, and vendor agreements end-to-end
- Partner with GTM to close complex enterprise deals
- Develop workflows, templates, and automations
- Assist with legal issues across multiple areas
- Take ownership of Pogo's growing legal function
Requirements:
- 4-8 years in law, with in-house tech experience
- JD from an accredited institution, licensed in the US
- Expertise in negotiating technology agreements
- Strong legal and commercial judgment
- Excellent communication skills for negotiations
