Build production AI systems for Paddle’s Go-To-Market teams, using Python, SQL, and large language models remotely. Turn commercial challenges into reliable tools used daily. As a Senior AI Engineer on Paddle’s Data & AI team, you will work with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. You will design practical solutions, prototype quickly, and deliver production-ready systems. Your work will support account segmentation, sales workflows, prospect research, buying-signal detection, and CRM hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build AI systems for account segmentation, enrichment, and prioritisation
- Develop agentic workflows for research and outbound personalisation
- Create integrations, data pipelines, and reliable production services
- Optimise quality, latency, cost, prompts, routing, and context
- Establish monitoring, guardrails, documentation, and impact measures
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering experience from design through production
- Relevant experience with Python and SQL
- Hands-on experience with language models, APIs, retrieval, or agents
- Understanding of production evaluation, reliability, latency, and hallucination risk
- Comfort with structured data, unstructured data, and integrations
- Bring production engineering, applied AI, and commercial problem-solving skills to Paddle’s remote Data & AI team.
