Job Description
Based in Montreal, Canada or Miami, USA (open to other locations too), you’ll own a portfolio of cruise line partners and contribute directly to its growth.
This role is for someone who enjoys understanding partner priorities, turning data into practical opportunities, and bringing multiple teams together around shared results.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own a portfolio of cruise line partners and act as the primary point of contact for performance insights, projects, technical training, program enhancement opportunities, and operational oversight.
You’ll build a deep understanding of each partner’s business and priorities, then use those insights to identify new opportunities, create joint action plans, and support account growth.
You’ll analyze historical and forecast revenue and the drivers behind performance, while coordinating contributions from Plusgrade teams through a matrix-based approach.
In an environment where AI is part of how work gets done, you’ll use it thoughtfully to reduce manual effort, improve the quality of tools and processes, and surface partner health and implementation signals earlier.
What You Bring
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least three years in a product, account, brand, marketing, or client success role.
- Experience in the travel industry, ideally with cruise lines, and the ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data and revenue forecasts to make clear recommendations.
- Experience creating strategic account development plans and managing relationships, with the communication, influence, negotiation, and organization skills to move partners toward their goals.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency, with thoughtful judgment in partner‑facing contexts and an understanding of their limitations.
- Why Plusgrade
Travel is about the moments that make a journey feel personal.
At Plusgrade, we build the technology that makes those moments possible, from upgrade offers and loyalty experiences to revenue tools used by 575+ airline, hospitality, cruise, rail, and financial services partners worldwide.
The work is global, complex, and rewarding.
You will solve meaningful problems, take ownership from idea to outcome, and work alongside people who are smart, curious, and committed to doing great work.
We also give our teams access to AI tools and the encouragement to use them thoughtfully, to move faster, explore ideas, and build better ways of working.
We trust our teams to do their best work. That means autonomy, flexibility, and room to grow.
Come help us shape the future of travel.
