Be part of the most exciting new luxury automotive brand! Join the growing service team at Genesis Kitchener-Waterloo, located in a new luxury facility at 2385 Shirley Drive, Kitchener.
We offer a supportive environment with efficient processes, teamwork, and coaching. Manufacturer specific training is provided through web-based training modules. We use PBS as our dealer software, familiarity with it is a bonus but not required.
The position includes a base salary, along with a monthly bonus earned on customer satisfaction scores.
Customer service is our top priority as we strive to exceed the expectations of all our guests.
Automotive Service Advisor
Requirements
- Customer Service experience
- Service and/or parts advisor experience
- Basic automotive mechanical knowledge
- Ability to communicate with guests and write repair orders containing required services and recommendations.
- Organized and able work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Wanting to be the best in your field.

Experience:
- Automotive Service Advisor: 1 year minimum (required)
License/Certification:
- Canadian Residency or Valid Canadian Work Permit (required)
- Valid G-Driver's License
