As Assistant Manager, you will assist the General Manager while overseeing front desk personnel and facility standards. The work includes monitoring sales, developing service knowledge, recruiting employees, and mentoring Front End team members. You will help deliver Planet Fitness standards, mission, vision, and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front desk personnel and front-of-house daily activities
- Review sales numbers and inventory with the General Manager
- Monitor cleanliness, organization, and club maintenance standards
- Mentor employees through training and performance assessment
- Coordinate coverage, discipline, and terminations with management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Six months supervisory or manager experience in restaurant or retail
- Microsoft Office, computer, math, and communication skills
- Superior customer service and problem-resolution skills
- Flexible rotating availability and ability to lift weights
