About the Role
Our client, a dynamic real estate investment firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join their team in Kimberley, Northern Cape .
This role is central to identifying, analyzing, and executing strategic real estate acquisitions across various property types.
You will be responsible for sourcing potential investment opportunities, conducting comprehensive due diligence, financial modeling, and negotiating purchase agreements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the real estate market dynamics in Kimberley and the surrounding Northern Cape region, coupled with exceptional analytical and deal-making skills.
This is a critical role that requires close collaboration with internal teams, including finance, legal, and asset management, as well as external parties such as brokers and sellers.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source potential real estate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company's investment strategy.
- Conduct in-depth market research, site visits, and competitive analysis for target properties.
- Perform comprehensive financial due diligence, including valuation, pro forma modeling, and risk assessment.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of purchase agreements with sellers and their representatives.
- Coordinate the transaction process, including coordinating with legal counsel, lenders, and third-party advisors.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and present acquisition proposals to the investment committee.
- Manage the closing process to ensure a smooth and timely completion of acquisitions.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, property owners, and other industry contacts in the Northern Cape .
- Monitor market trends and identify emerging investment opportunities in Kimberley .
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sourcing, evaluating, and closing real estate transactions.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and deal structuring.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
