Lead proactive media outreach and secure high-impact coverage across various platforms. Oversee the creation of compelling press materials, including press releases, speeches, and talking points. Provide strategic counsel and support to senior leadership on communication matters. Manage crisis communication situations effectively and efficiently. Monitor media trends and public sentiment, providing analysis and recommendations. Mentor and guide junior PR team members. Contribute to new business development and client acquisition efforts. Represent the organization at industry events and conferences. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable. Minimum of 7 years of extensive experience in public relations, with a proven track record of success. Demonstrated experience in developing and executing strategic PR campaigns for complex organizations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation and negotiation abilities. Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with national and international media. Expertise in crisis communications, reputation management, and stakeholder engagement. Proficiency in media monitoring, analysis, and reporting tools. Strong leadership, project management, and strategic planning skills.
