Key Responsibilities
- Perform professional lash extension services (e.g., classic, volume) and brow treatments (shaping, tinting, lamination).
- Conduct detailed microblading procedures for natural-looking brow enhancement.
- Execute virtual consultations with clients to assess needs, discuss desired outcomes, and manage expectations.
- Maintain meticulous hygiene and sterilization of all tools and workspace according to safety guidelines.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-procedure care for optimal results and longevity.
- Manage client appointments and communication through the company's online platform.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in lash, brow, and microblading artistry.

Requirements
- Certified qualifications in Eyelash Extensions, Brow Design, and Microblading.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in lash extensions and microblading.
- A strong, high-quality portfolio showcasing expertise in all mentioned services.
- Excellent understanding of facial anatomy and color theory for microblading.
- Exceptional attention to detail, precision, and steady hand required.
- Strong virtual communication and client management skills.
