About the Role
Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Industrial Engineer specializing in Supply Chain optimization to join their team in Kimberley.
This role is critical for enhancing the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and resilience of the company's end-to-end supply chain operations.
You will analyze complex logistics, warehouse operations, and distribution networks to identify and implement significant improvements.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and optimize all aspects of the supply chain, including logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Design and implement efficient warehouse layouts and material flow strategies.
- Develop and deploy Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and improve efficiency within the supply chain.
- Utilize simulation and modeling tools to test and validate proposed supply chain improvements.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
