Our client operates within the digital film and animation industry and seeks an experienced Senior VFX Compositor. This hybrid contract role contributes to visually polished projects combining live-action footage, animated sequences, and computer-generated elements. You will collaborate with artists and directors while meeting creative and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create polished composites combining live-action and computer-generated elements
- Place 3D renders, matte paintings, and VFX elements into plates
- Complete keying, rotoscoping, tracking, color correction, and mattes
- Work with supervisors to deliver technically compliant shots
- Manage time, troubleshoot challenges, and meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- At least five years' professional VFX compositing experience
- Advanced Nuke skills and familiarity with other compositing software
- Strong knowledge of color, lighting, and photographic principles
- Experience integrating 3D rendering workflows
- Meticulous problem-solving approach and ability to work independently
