Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of current recruitment processes, systems, and workflows.
- Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders across various departments.
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new implementations.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including flowcharts and standard operating procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends, measure performance, and support strategic decision-making.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of new systems and processes, including user training and change management.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented changes and ensure successful adoption.
- Stay informed about best practices and emerging technologies in recruitment and business analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the recruitment or HR technology sector.
- Proven track record in process improvement, requirements gathering, and system analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and business process modeling software.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other HRIS platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Understanding of the Northern Cape business landscape is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
