About the Role
Our client is seeking a creative and user-centric Remote Junior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and design specifications.

- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and ideation for new product features.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work (web and mobile).
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in a remote setting.
- Ability to receive and provide constructive design feedback.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Basic understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
