About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Event Catering Manager to lead the planning and execution of diverse catering events across
South Africa .
This is a fully remote position, requiring a self-disciplined individual capable of managing complex logistics and client relationships from a distance.
You will oversee all aspects of catering operations, from initial client consultation and menu design to ensuring seamless delivery and post-event follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time-management skills, essential for remote work.
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management abilities.
