Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to understand specific role requirements and client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or a related talent acquisition role.
- Proven expertise in advanced search techniques (Boolean, X-ray).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
