Design, implement, and manage robust CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes. Develop and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation). Implement and manage containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of production systems through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response. Automate operational tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Collaborate closely with software development, QA, and security teams to foster a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility. Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the DevOps lifecycle. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and pre-production environments. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in DevOps, cloud computing, and FinTech infrastructure. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to architectural decisions. Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; equivalent practical experience will be considered. Minimum of 7 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or Software Engineering with a strong focus on automation and cloud infrastructure. Proven expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or Azure DevOps. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and proficiency in IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible). Strong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack). Solid understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and system administration. Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team. Experience in the FinTech industry is a significant advantage. Benefits
